Not All Internet Sources Are Equal

Important research to do and you can't get into the library? The library subscribes to online databases containing magazines, journals, books, essays, encyclopedias and more.

From poems about Paul Revere to biographical information on Castro to news articles from the time of the Normandy Invasion to how galaxies form, it's all there. And you can relax knowing the information can be trusted.

Most of our databases can be explored from home or office using your KCPL library card number. The links below will take you directly the resource, but if you would like more complete description, including some tips on using the resources, the links on the left-hand side of this page help you learn more about how to get into the database and what you might find once you are.
