The Open a Modern Classic campaign has added another major donor!
BrickStreet Insurance donated $125,000 for the new Main Library. This gift brings the campaign total to $18.3 million, more than a third of the way to the $47 million goal.
With its pledge, BrickStreet reserved the naming opportunity for the Small Business Center in the new library. Located within the Nonfiction and Reference Department, the BrickStreet Insurance Small Business Center will bring together the library’s many resource materials, including electronic databases, which will provide assistance to small business owners and entrepreneurs.
"A community grows to its potential through commitment and care. BrickStreet Insurance is proud to support literacy and education in West Virginia with our pledge to the Open a Modern Classic capital campaign for the Kanawha County Public Library," said Greg Burton, BrickStreet president and CEO.
